2018 Allocation Meeting

Present: Ólafur Kvaran, Chairman; Anna Sigríður Kristjánsdóttir, Vice-Chair; Magnús Karel Hannesson, Alternate Member of the Collection Council; Gunnþóra Halldórsdóttir, Alternate Member of the Collection Council; Helga Lára Þorsteinsdóttir, Main Member of the Collection Council; and Þóra Björk Ólafsdóttir, Executive Director.
1. Matter for decision
1.1 A proposal for the allocation of grants from the main allocation of the museum fund for 2018 was approved and will be sent to the Minister of Education and Culture for a final decision. In preparing the proposal, the regulations for the distribution of the Museum Fund from June 1, 2016, and the Museum Act No. 141/2011 were followed, as required by the announcement.
