You select the application you want to open and log in with an Íslykill or electronic ID. Information about Íslykill or electronic IDs can be found at website of Iceland.is.

Log in with the same Íslykill or electronic ID as when you saved/submitted the application.
A copy of the application or return is sent to the email address registered in the application.
The following applications and submissions are through the application portal.
- All applications from the collection fund
- Annual reports of accredited museums
- Reports on utilization
- project grants
- Continuing education grants
- operating grant (from 2017 and later)
- Applications for an extension of grant utilization
The relevant applications and submissions will be visible when the submission period opens.

The application portal baccesses Origo's electronic form portal, https://eydublod.is/ and this system is used by several public institutions, including the National Registry.
