Directors of accredited museums are to submit to the museum board Notice of a change in the operations of an accredited museum if there is a change in the museum's operations. The notification is based on the museum's accreditation application and serves both to inform the museum board about changes affecting the terms of accredited museums, and to provide museums with a checklist to ensure the change meets the requirements and therefore does not affect their accreditation.
