Staff of the Board of Trustees: Þóra Björk Ólafsdóttir, Executive Director (on Teams), and Klara Þórhallsdóttir, both are recording the minutes.
1. Presentation case
1.1. Overview of the board's activities since the last meeting. An updated website was presented, and the next monitoring visits were discussed.
1.2. Introduction to monitoring documents and forms. Klara Thorhallsdottir introduced the new council to the documents and forms that accompany the monitoring of accredited museums, including museum forms, conservation assessments from curators, the visit and visit report, and what happens after the visit.

1.6. Discussion on the appointment of representatives of the Museum Council to the Reykjavik and Surrounding Area Heritage Council.
