Open for submission of interim and final reports for grants from the 2019 main allocation

Grant recipients who were awarded in the 2019 main allocation can now submit utilization reports through the Museum Council's application website.

Grant recipients are required to submit a report to the Museum Council on the use of grants from the museum fund. All reports on the use of grants are submitted through Museum Council application website. A utilization report must be submitted for all types of grants, project, operating and continuing education grants.

Reports on the use of grants must be submitted no later than one year after the project ends, but It is recommended that grantees submit reports as soon as a project is completed.

Project grant utilization reports:
Progress report: Recipients of project grants submit a progress report to the museum board regarding the grants they are awarded. 1,500,000 ISK or higher. This report must be submitted at the beginning of the year following the grant year.

Final report: All grant recipients are required to submit a final report, which is in a similar format to the previous project grant utilization report. However, grant payments will not be phased at this time.
