Some useful information:
- In number fields, you can enter a fraction (for example, if the annual report for a museum shows 5.3 full-time equivalent positions). Please note: whether a comma (5,3) or a period (5.3) is used depends on your browser's language settings. Feel free to experiment.
- Some users have been having trouble uploading attachments; please email them to safnarad@safnarad.is.
- If an application is submitted more than once, the most recent version will be used. If there are any questions about which version to use, please contact me.
- Regarding operating support: if museums have not had their 2017 budget approved, they must submit a draft budget. Once the budget is approved, it must be emailed to the museum board.
- Some users have been saving applications in their browser and returning to them later to continue (without logging back into My Pages) – it has been reported that applications are not saving, even though the SAVE button is pressed and the yellow window pops up.
- Always start each session by logging into My Pages and end each session by pressing SAVE!!!Is this extremely important!
- Check on my pages to see if your applications have been sent; the collection board does NOT see saved applications, only sent ones.
