Museum Council educational meeting

Projects, applications and other grants

The Museum Council is inviting people to an educational meeting on October 3rd at 1:30 PM in the National Museum's lecture hall about applications to the museum fund, project definitions and other grants. The aim of the meeting is to enhance the knowledge of those applying for grants to the fund on the fund's structure, how to define projects and to introduce the EFTA Development Fund's grants in the field of culture, for which many inquiries were received last spring.

14:20 – Þorgeir Ólafsson, Information Officer at the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture: EFTA Development Fund and cultural cooperation

14:50 – Haraldur Þór Egilsson, director of the Akureyri Museum: Looking beyond the horizon. Collaboration between museums in the north and east of Iceland and Northern Norway.
After the meeting, coffee will be served and then the discussion will begin. FÍSOS general meeting.
