{"id":3103,"date":"2022-01-28T14:49:08","date_gmt":"2022-01-28T14:49:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/safnarad.is\/?p=3103"},"modified":"2022-02-07T11:10:31","modified_gmt":"2022-02-07T11:10:31","slug":"ny-reglugerd-tekur-gildi-29-januar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/safnarad.is\/en\/frettir\/2022\/01\/ny-reglugerd-tekur-gildi-29-januar\/","title":{"rendered":"New regulation enters into force on January 29th"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>New regulations on limiting gatherings due to the pandemic will come into effect on January 29th and will remain in effect until February 24th.<\/p>\n<h3>The following restrictions apply in museums:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Museums may accommodate 100 people.<\/strong> in each compartment including children.<\/li>\n<li><strong>For every 10 m\u00b2 in excess of 100 m\u00b2, five customers can be added, up to a maximum of 500 people.<\/strong> Please note that this applies to the museum&#039;s traditional activities, not events organized by the museum or others.<\/li>\n<li><strong>A one-meter distance rule is in effect.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Mask requirement<\/strong> is in museums where the one-meter distance rule cannot be maintained. The mask requirement does not apply to children born in 2006 or later.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>The general rules are:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>General crowd restrictions are 50 people.<\/li>\n<li>The distance rule is 1 meter.<\/li>\n<li>Mask obligation remains unchanged, although it generally takes into account the distance rule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Museums also need to:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure access to hand sanitizer for the public and employees at entrances and near surfaces that many people touch, such as touch screens and cash registers.<\/li>\n<li>Clean and disinfect surfaces that are touched by many people as often as possible.<\/li>\n<li>Remind the public and employees about personal protective equipment with labels and signs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stjornarradid.is\/efst-a-baugi\/frettir\/stok-frett\/2022\/01\/28\/COVID-19-Umtalsverdar-tilslakanir-innanlandstakmarkana-fra-og-med-29.-januar\/\">News on the Board of Directors&#039; website<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stjornarradid.is\/library\/04-Raduneytin\/Heilbrigdisraduneytid\/ymsar-skrar\/Samkomuregluger%c3%b0%20fr%c3%a1%2029.%20jan%c3%baar%202022%20undirritu%c3%b0.pdf\">New regulation<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>New regulations on restrictions on gatherings due to the pandemic will come into effect on January 29th and will be valid until February 24th.
