Au\u00f0ur Sigur\u00f0ard\u00f3ttir took the minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>MH called the meeting to order and presented the minutes of the 11th meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span>Applications to the museum fund for the year 2003.<br \/>\n<\/span> Applications to the museum fund for the year 2003 were reviewed.<br \/>\n A total of 70 applications have been received by the museum fund.<br \/>\n The chairman was tasked with writing a letter to the Parliament's Budget Committee and the Ministry of Education, outlining the number of applications and the need they reflect. The vice chair of the Museum Council, G\u00edsli Sverrir \u00c1rnason, a representative of the Association of Icelandic Municipalities, will request a meeting with the Budget Committee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span>Notice of a staff member of the Board of Trustees<br \/>\n<\/span> A draft announcement for a staff member of the Council of Museums was presented, and a new draft will be sent to the council members.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span>Procedural Rules<br \/>\n<\/span> Procedural rules will be sent to the council members, and comments will be requested. A new draft will be presented for approval at the next meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Nothing further was discussed.
